The food here is amazing. Sad we found this place on the last day of our visit, but will definitely come back to enjoy it on our next trip here! Come with an appetite and you’ll not be disappointed!!

Sometimes restaurants lean on their ratings and don’t actually deliver…NOT HERE! We absolutely loved the meal, the service and the ambiance! We ordered garlic prawns, fish ceviche and chicken fried rice and of course, pisco sours. Everything exceeded our expectations! Don’t even think about it, just come here.

A gem of a place in an old corner building in the Barrancos area of Lima. Serves traditional Peruvian dishes. We were welcomed and seated immediately; our server was a delightful young man, despite language difficulties (our son speaks defect Spanish, so helped a lot) and the Menu being in Spanish, managed to order what turned out to be superb fare! Well-crafted Pisco Sour to start off, followed by mains consisting of Ceviche Mixto (superbly tart and spicy; seafood), Tacu Tacu Picante de Mariscos (fantastic dish with rice/beans and seafood in gravy, topped off with fiery Picante sauce), and Spaghetti Italiana (Italian flag colors - white, pesto, tomato sauces). Overall a magical introduction to traditional Peruvian cuisine - great place to dine! Set us back 71, including 10% tip.

A local recommended this neighborhood seafood dive on my first night in Barranco. It turned out to be so good that I ate every dinner there after my first. If you are a seafood and local food lover as well, check this place out. On my first visit I had caldo de choros, muchame bonito ahumada, y una copa de vino gran bodega blanca.I enjoyed that meal so much I simply return ed each night to work my way through the rest of the menu.Unlike the myriad of other popular and much-touristed restaurants in this barrio, prices were also, incredibly, much cheaper. On my third night there, I had my first ever Pisco Sour there. Professionally mixed and served, it cost 12 soles less than the one served at a famous bar across the street from my hotel. With a grateful and happy stomach and greetings to my server, Ángelo, muchas gracias y espero regresar.

This is one of the most traditional and famous restaurant in Lima.Marine food as: ceviche, arroz con mariscos and pulpo al olivo are recommended. You can enjoy your lunch with beer or a pisco sour. You should arrive early or be ready to make a line.

Again, to reconfirm that food and ambience was excellent, you need to visit the place for the second time...Service was good, food was excellent, the size of the portions were large, and the ambience was great...We forgot to make food pics...
